📄 What to Bring (Very Important)

• The original document(s)
• A photocopy of each document to be certified
• Valid photo ID (Passport or Driving Licence)

Documents cannot be certified without seeing the original.

👤 Attendance Requirements (Mandatory)

• The person whose identity or documents are being certified must attend in person.
• I cannot sign or certify any identity or application form unless the applicant is present.

👶 Children / Minors

• If the applicant is a child, the child must attend the appointment with parent or legal guardian.
• The parent/guardian must bring valid photo ID (Passport or Driving Licence).
• Proof of guardianship may be required where relevant.
